Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Construction Technician to support underground cabling and MDU projects, working outdoors in varying weather to help connect customers across our network.

You will travel to assigned territories, perform groundwork tasks, operate and maintain crew equipment, and uphold safety and compliance with company policies. Entry-level candidates are welcome, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel and perform overnight stays.
• Training provided for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Execute groundwork tasks, including digging trenches, burying cable, and restoring sites.
• Operate and maintain crew equipment and vehicles following safety rules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
