Optimus Technology, Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to apply systems engineering principles across the life cycle at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires interaction with the Government and senior program personnel to ensure technical integrity and deliverables in ISO/IEC 15288 domains.

Responsibilities include developing work products, evaluating technical alternatives, and leading small teams. Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 3–4 weeks at a time is required.

Qualifications

• Requires systems engineering across lifecycle phases.
• Interacts with Government and program personnel.
• Ability to analyze technical alternatives and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering across ISO/IEC 15288 processes.
• Develop and deliver work products in ISO/IEC 15288 areas.
• Lead and supervise contractor engineers on projects.
• Communicate status to stakeholders.
