You’ll repaint, touch-up, patch drywall, and handle spray applications with attention to safety and quality. Excellent organization, travel between properties, and teamwork with service managers are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of interior residential painting experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• Proficiency with brush, roller, and spray applications.
• Experience with drywall patching and texture matching.
• Familiarity with CMMS or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work at heights and follow safety protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete full-unit repaints or touch-ups daily as workload allows.
• Perform drywall repairs, including patching, sanding, and texture matching.
• Execute paint prep work, surface repairs, priming, and finish applications for interiors/exteriors.
• Match, mix, and apply coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment; maintain equipment.
• Support timely completion of unit turns and projects, improving efficiency.
• Travel between properties to support painting needs.
