Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking an electrician to support our Electric division on industrial and commercial projects. You’ll execute installations, interpret drawings, mentor apprentices, and ensure safety and quality while delivering on-time, code-compliant work.

Ideal candidates hold a Journeyman’s license, 5+ years of industrial electrical experience, and are willing to travel up to 100%. The role offers competitive hourly pay with per diem and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Journeyman’s license required; reciprocity accepted.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical work.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%, including overnights.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of current electrical codes and industry best practices
• Execute electrical construction on commercial and industrial projects
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Order and manage tools, equipment, and materials as needed
• Lead by example and mentor apprentices on-site
• Manage project files, documents, and records in digital systems
• Travel and work on out-of-town projects when needed
• Take on additional duties as assigned
