Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite under a physician’s plan of care. You will educate patients and families, and document outcomes in real time.

Requires an active RN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; travel up to 100% is expected. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive clinical team nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed to operate a motor vehicle with access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and provides direct patient care; administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Adjusts plan of care based on patient status and physician orders to meet goals.
• Prepares clinical documentation in real-time during visits for billing and compliance.
