Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in San Diego is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our home health team on a PRN basis.

You will assess patients, develop plans, and provide rehabilitative services across coverage areas including Coronado, Ocean Beach, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach and La Jolla. Qualifications include a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, state license, at least two years of autonomous experience, and ability to travel to all locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury.
• Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with a license or certificate within the state providing services.
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
