The position offers competitive pay from $18.99 to $27.30 per hour, comprehensive training, and extensive benefits including health plans and paid time off after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks outdoors.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and maintain fabric structures and custom frameworks.
• Get certified to operate various machinery.
• Work closely with a Field Supervisor to execute venue setups.

Skills

Basic hand and power tool experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
