Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a high-volume ER in Tucson, Arizona. This role targets seasoned ED RNs with travel experience who can triage, manage trauma and medical emergencies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates bring Arizona RN licensure and a proven ability to work in fast-paced hospital environments, with strong clinical judgment and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or compact license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent ED RN experience.
• Prior travel experience required.
• Experience in a 500+ bed hospital strongly preferred.
• BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all acuity levels.
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and emergency interventions.
• Manage trauma, stroke, cardiac, and medical emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary ED teams.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with department standards.
