Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in RBI's operations network seeks a District Manager to oversee five to six restaurants and be directly responsible for the Profit & Loss statement. You will lead a restaurant management team and work with the corporate office to drive improvements across operations, marketing, finance and technology.

You will recruit and develop staff, coach managers, ensure brand standards, manage costs, and travel regularly to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of restaurant management or multi-unit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant management team to maintain guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Create operational plans to achieve operational excellence and cost targets.
• Review guest feedback and engage with the local community.
• Recruit, hire, and develop restaurant managers and staff.
• Manage profitability by optimizing sales, costs, and labor efficiency.
• Conduct weekly meetings with RGMs to review results and drive improvements.
