Penhall Company is seeking a Concrete Rehabilitation Technician to perform repairs, finishing, and FRP/coating applications on structural concrete surfaces. The role includes epoxy injection, surface prep, and adherence to safety protocols on diverse project sites.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience in related construction tasks; FRP and coatings experience is a plus and training is available. Travel may be significant based on project needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in concrete repair, finishing, or related construction work is a plus.
• FRP or coating experience is beneficial but not required—training available.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structural concrete repairs, finishing, and form work.
• Apply FRP systems and coatings to structural surfaces.
• Conduct epoxy injections for crack and void repair.
• Assist with surface preparation, material handling, and equipment setup.
• Follow project specifications and safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized on-site work area.
