Job Details

• Certifications: MD Dietitian licensure; Registration with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
• Education Requirements: Minimum of a Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field; completion of required coursework, Dietetic Internship, and successful passing of the CDR exam.
• Years of Experience: 2 years of relevant experience required; minimum of 1 year experience accepted; 0 years minimum experience.
• Specialty: Dietitian.
• Schedule: 5x8 days (08:30-17:00), Monday through Friday block schedule.
• Additional Details: August and September outpatient assessments, inpatient assessments, medical rounds, and nutrition counseling for complex pediatric diagnoses including GI issues and post-trauma care. Float rotation may be required.
• Responsibilities include evaluating nutritional status, developing care plans, delivering patient education, documenting in electronic medical records, and participating in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Submission Requirements: All candidates must meet licensure and certification prerequisites upon submission.
