Job summary

AMN Healthcare Allied seeks a travel Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for an acute care assignment in El Paso, Texas. The role features 13 weeks of travel, with 40 hours per week on day shifts, starting ASAP.

Pay rate ranges from $1,778 to $1,832 per week, with RN and multidisciplinary collaboration expected. TX license and RD certification are required, along with at least 1 year of experience in clinical dietetics and ICU/NICU exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in dietetics.
• No more than 90 days of gap in the last year.
• TX License and RD Certification required.
• Must have Critical Care experience with adult and geriatric patients.
• NICU experience highly preferred; support RD in NICU.
• Nutrition-focused physical exams are common on this unit.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MD, RN, SLP, Diabetes Educators and Case Managers.
• Cover patients throughout the facility as needed.
• Perform nutrition-focused physical exams and develop care plans.
