Cross Country Allied in Clearlake, CA is seeking a travel RDN to deliver comprehensive nutritional care in a Northern California healthcare facility.

The role requires assessment, education, documentation, and development of nutrition care plans within an interdisciplinary team; schedule 8 hours daily, Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in food and nutrition or equivalent.
• Masters Degree (if eligibility for examination began on or after 01/01/2024).
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification within 6 months of residency program completion.
• experience as a clinical dietitian preferred.
• dietetic internship or its equivalent required.
• valid license or certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments to determine nutritional risk.
• Develops and monitors nutrition plans.
• Ensures appropriate meal patterns and interventions.
• Documents patient responses and progress.
• Provides education to patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
• Mentors new staff and interns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
