Trailblazer Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role requires 2 years of X-Ray experience, ARRT (R) certification, state licensure as applicable, and BLS, with duties including general to emergency imaging and mobile X-ray/C-arm use.

You will work 40 hours per week, typically days, in a travel capacity with competitive compensation and a supportive recruiter team guiding you through assignments nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent X-Ray Technologist experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Active ARRT Radiography (R) certification.
• Active state radiologic technologist license or state permit (where applicable).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficient with digital radiography (DR/CR), C-arm operating room equipment, and PACS software.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures including general, orthopedic, trauma, and emergency imaging as ordered.
• Position patients accurately and use radiation protection equipment to ensure safe imaging.
• Operate portable/mobile X-ray units and C-arms in hospital units, ORs, and ERs as needed.
• Prepare and transmit digital imaging files via PACS/RIS and maintain medical records.
• Assess patient condition, explain procedures clearly, and maintain a compassionate clinical environment.
• Perform routine quality control checks on equipment and adhere to infection control standards.
