40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATES.

Contract Length: 13 weeks.

Start Date: ASAP.

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40.

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None.

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRT.

Supplier to provide dosimeter.

Minimum Experience: 3 years.

Charting Experience Required: prefer Epic experience, but no specific requirements.

Required Skillset: Routine Diagnostic, Fluoroscopy, Surgery, Portables.
