TotalMed Allied is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Aberdeen, Washington. This 13-week travel position requires 1 year of Rad Tech experience, BLS, ARRT(R) certification, and state licensing where required.

As a Rad Tech, you will operate diagnostic imaging equipment, ensure image quality, and prepare patients for radiologic testing while following safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure. This role involves evenings shifts and a 40-hour work week.

Formación

• Must have 1 year of experience in radiology.
• BLS, ARRT(R) certification and state licensing when required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Verify patient identity and imaging requests; explain procedures to patients.
• Follow physician orders for imaging areas and adjust equipment.
• Position patient and optimize imaging quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Prepare results for physician review and maintain patient records.
• Utilize McKesson PACS system to manage images.
