The role requires a two-year Radiologic Technology program, state registration, and ARRT certification, with a preference for 2 years of X-ray experience, ideally in critical care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Prep patient for diagnostic imaging exam.
• Produce x-ray films of body parts for diagnosing medical problems.
• Instruct patients on proper positioning for accurate images.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain an environment focused on patient safety and excellent care.
• Promote a safe work environment for staff and customers.
