Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Port Huron, Michigan. The Rad Tech will operate diagnostic imaging equipment, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality images for physician interpretation.

Must have ARRT (R), BLS, and state licensing as required, with 1 year of experience. Responsibilities include patient positioning, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to safety protocols and PACS workflows.

Qualifications

• 1 year of radiology experience required.
• BLS, ARRT (R) certification, and state licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and explain imaging procedures to ensure comfort.
• Follow physician orders on imaging areas and positioning.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for quality images.
• Minimize radiation exposure with proper shielding and technique.
