Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Bakersfield, California. The role requires 1 year of prior Rad Tech experience, ARRT (R) and BLS certification, and any applicable state licensing.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, eight-hour rotating shifts. The Rad Tech will perform diagnostic imaging, protect patients, and coordinate with physicians using PACS for image delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of radiology experience.
• ARRT (R) certification and BLS required.
• State licensing as applicable where required.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and operate diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Ensure images are accurate and transmitted to physicians.
• Prepare patients for radiologic testing and maintain records.
• Use McKesson PACS system to manage images.
