Job summary

Trailblazer Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. The role involves operating diagnostic X-ray equipment, ensuring patient safety and image quality, and delivering high-quality patient care in various hospital settings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of radiology experience, ARRT(R) certification, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of radiology experience in hospital or acute care.
• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and state license where applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Proficient with DR/CR systems, C-arm equipment, and PACS software.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures across general, orthopedic, trauma, and emergency imaging.
• Position patients and ensure ALARA radiation protection.
• Operate portable X-ray units and C-arms in hospital units, surgery suites, and ERs.
• Transmit digital images via PACS/RIS and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide compassionate patient care and explain procedures.
• Maintain equipment quality checks and infection control standards.
