Job description

A high school diploma or GED; Evidence of Radiologic Technology training from United States Military or must be a graduate of a school of Radiologic Technology with a full scope of practice.

TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY

The Radiology Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The Radiology Technologist maintains a state license as a general radiographer and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the performance of:

  1. Basic radiographic procedures
  2. Fluoroscopy
  3. Portable radiographic procedures
  4. C-arm procedures
  5. OR imaging services
  6. Routine procedures
