Job summary

StaffDNA® is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist specializing in X-ray imaging. You will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and assist physicians with accurate diagnoses in a fast-paced clinical environment.

You will operate X-ray equipment, maintain strict radiation safety standards, and collaborate with physicians to evaluate imaging results while keeping thorough documentation and equipment maintenance up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience with diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures.
• Knowledge of patient positioning and comfort during exams.
• Strong commitment to radiation safety and ALARA principles.
• Ability to work with physicians to review imaging results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for X-ray examinations by explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly.
• Operate X-ray equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images as per physician instructions.
• Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed to protect patients, staff, and yourself from unnecessary exposure.
• Collaborate with physicians to analyze imaging results for accurate diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and ensure proper functioning of X-ray equipment through routine maintenance checks.
