TotalMed Allied is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Columbus, OH, offering 13 weeks, 40 hours per week and 10-hour day shifts. The ideal candidate has ARRT(R), BLS, and 1 year of radiology experience, and must be able to travel.

Responsibilities include patient prep, positioning, protecting against unnecessary radiation, and operating McKesson PACS to ensure high-quality images for physician interpretation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of radiology experience required
• BLS and ARRT (R) certification required
• State licensing as applicable

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and position them correctly
• Follow physician orders for imaging areas
• Protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure
• Calibrate imaging equipment and ensure image quality
• Prepare results for physician interpretation
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Utilize McKesson PACS system for image transfer
