Qualifications

• Active Radiologic Technologist license/registration for Tennessee or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Experience in diagnostic radiology; ability to rotate through advanced areas
• Ability to work in a hospital setting; comfortable with a 5x8 schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by a licensed physician
• Provide technical support for radiographic examinations, including patient assessment, operation of imaging equipment, room preparation, and equipment maintenance
• Produce high-quality diagnostic radiographs and rotate through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology
• Monitor patient condition and safety during imaging procedures, ensuring proper shielding, infection control, and workflow efficiency
• Document procedures and coordinate with radiologists and physicians as needed to ensure accurate interpretation
