Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a Boise, Idaho assignment. Start date 11/22/2026, duration 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, nights shift. As a Rad Tech, you will operate diagnostic imaging equipment, ensure high-quality images for physicians, and prepare results for review.

Requirements include 1 year of experience, ARRT(R), BLS, and state licensing where required. Travel pay includes a tax-free stipend; housing options may be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of radiology experience.
• Current ARRT (R) certification and BLS.
• State-specific license when required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures.
• Follow physicians' orders for imaging areas.
• Position patient and adjust imaging equipment.
• Minimize radiation exposure with proper protection.
• Calibrate imaging equipment.
• Prepare results for physician review.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use McKesson PACS system.
