Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Radiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Concord, Massachusetts. The role requires 2+ years in an acute care setting, ARRT registration or eligibility, and travel experience. Expect 12-hour rotating shifts (3x12), with a 36-hour workweek in a hospital radiology department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Current ARRT RT(CR) or registry-eligible within 6 months.
• BLS certification.
• License if applicable.
• Prior travel assignment experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency with PACS and HIS/RIS.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Radiology department in an acute care hospital setting.
• Rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (3x12hrs).
• Schedule includes Mon-Tues-Fri, Day/Eve rotation.
• Variable weekend and holiday rotation as needed.
• Call requirements are variable based on department needs.
• Scheduling flexibility required to meet department needs.
