Job summary

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a travel assignment in Kingman, Arizona. The role focuses on performing diagnostic imaging exams and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

You will prepare and position patients, operate X-ray equipment, capture high-quality images, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with radiologists and healthcare professionals. Start ASAP for a 13‑week contract with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification required or preferred depending on state.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills and patient care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, following safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic images for physician review and diagnosis.
• Verify patient identity and review medical history prior to procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Perform routine quality control checks on equipment.
• Comply with all federal, state, and facility-specific guidelines and safety procedures.
