Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. You will operate diagnostic imaging equipment, ensure image quality, and support physicians with accurate results.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of radiology experience, BLS, ARRT(R), and state licensing where required. You must be able to stand for long periods and work 8-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of radiology experience.
• Must have BLS and ARRT (R) certification.
• State licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures to patients.
• Follow physician orders for imaging areas.
• Position patient and adjust equipment accordingly.
• Minimize radiation exposure with proper protection.
• Calibrate imaging equipment.
• Prepare results for physician review.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use McKesson PACS system.
