Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Radiology Tech – Diagnostic Radiologic Tech for a travel assignment in Needham, MA. The technologist will perform radiographic procedures in a hospital setting with minimal supervision, supporting radiologists and physicians across departments.

Requirements include Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License, ARRT, and BLS/CPR. EPIC experience is required; 2+ years of radiologic technologist work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active MA Radiologic Technologist License required.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 2+ years radiologic technologist experience preferred.
• EPIC experience required; transitioning to EPIC in October.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring safety and timely image delivery.
• Position patients, select exposure factors, verify identity and procedure details.
• Produce high-quality images including fluoroscopy and bone density work as required.
• Support imaging across departments (OR, Pain Clinic, Orthopedics, ER, Outpatient imaging).
• Operate imaging equipment and manage patient records; maintain imaging quality per protocol.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to support accurate diagnoses.
• Maintain adherence to radiation safety and universal precautions.
