Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Eureka, California. The role requires 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience, BLS, ARRT (R), and state licensing as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of radiology experience
• BLS certification
• ARRT (R) national certification
• State licensing as required

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
• Explain imaging procedures and provide reassurance to patients
• Position patients and adjust imaging equipment
• Minimize radiation exposure with proper protection
• Calibrate imaging equipment and prepare results for physician review
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS system
