Job summary

Medical Solutions Allied seeks a Travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Peoria, Illinois. The role involves 40 hours per week with 10-hour daytime shifts in a travel capacity.

The candidate will assist in invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac/vascular procedures, operate imaging equipment, and collaborate with physicians to ensure patient safety and high-quality results. Housing, travel support, and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of applicable experience.
• Knowledge of hemodynamic concepts, cardiac anatomy and physiology, and the purpose and operation of equipment and supplies inherent in cardiac/vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Knowledge and competency in moderate sedation administration and policy protocol.
• Knowledge of EP concepts, theory, and fluoroscopic anatomy involved in diagnostic and interventional EP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cardiologists in invasive and diagnostic/interventional procedures and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Set up and operate electrical/imaging equipment and computers.
• Ensure patient safety and effective communication during procedures.
