Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Radiology Travel Nurse in Manchester, CT for a 13-week assignment. The RN will work in a diagnostic radiology setting with 40 hours per week, days, on-site. Requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS, and ability to handle IVs and monitor patients.

Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced travel environment and working with a diverse care team to deliver high-quality diagnostic care under physician guidance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Travel RN with radiology setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start or check peripheral IVs, access infusaports, monitor vitals and assist with patient needs.
• Inform technologist or radiologist of any unusual patient needs.
• Administer IV sedation or analgesia during procedures as directed.
• Closely monitor patients with cardiac/pulse oximeters.
