Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a facility in Providence, Rhode Island. You will perform advanced imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality diagnostic results.
Requirements include one year of Radiologic Technologist experience, RI licensure, and BLS certification; ARRT certification is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience as Radiologic Technologist.
- Current Radiologic Technologist license in RI.
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
Responsibilities
- Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions.
- Operate advanced radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
- Maintain imaging room and sterilize equipment.
- Evaluate images, present findings to physicians.
- Inspect and troubleshoot imaging equipment.
- Document procedures and technical details in patient records.
- Follow radiation safety protocols and infection control.
- Perform additional duties within Radiologic Technologist scope.
