• Experience with patient scheduling, throughput, and meeting turnaround targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic imaging procedures for patients onsite with accuracy and safety.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety and infection control protocols.
• Interpret orders, verify patient info, and document exam details in the system.
• Manage patient scheduling, throughput, and adherence to target turnaround times.
• Provide compassionate patient care and explain procedures to reduce anxiety.
• Communicate results and workflow status to radiology team and referring clinicians.
• Maintain equipment readiness, perform basic troubleshooting, and report issues promptly.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based territory goals.
• Support team-based targets while managing personal contributions and outcomes.
• Adhere to professional development goals and pursue on-going learning opportunities.
• Assist in training junior staff or students when applicable.
