Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Burlington, Kansas. The role involves operating advanced radiologic equipment, producing high-quality images, and supporting physicians with accurate diagnostics.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of radiologic tech experience, a valid radiography license, and current BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as Radiologic Technologist.
• Current Radiologic Technologist/Radiography license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions.
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images as ordered.
• Maintain equipment and sterilize the room where procedures take place.
• Evaluate images for quality and present findings to physicians and health care team.
• Maintain and inspect imaging equipment for proper functionality and report malfunctions.
• Document all imaging procedures and technical details in patient records.
• Follow hospital safety rules including infection control and radiation safety protocols.
• Perform other duties within the Radiologic Technologist scope.
