Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Zephyrhills, FL. You will perform advanced radiologic imaging, ensuring patient safety and high-quality results while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Applicants must have one year of radiologic technologist experience, valid state license, and BLS certification. Preferred ARRT certification and other licenses may be required.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as Radiologic Technologist
• Current Radiologic Technologist/Radiography license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images per physician orders
• Maintain equipment and sterilize the procedure room
• Evaluate images for quality and discuss preliminary findings with physicians
• Maintain and inspect imaging equipment and report malfunctions
• Document imaging procedures and technical details in patient records
• Follow hospital safety rules including infection control and radiation safety protocols
• Perform other duties within Radiologic Technologist scope
