Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role involves performing advanced imaging and ensuring patient safety to deliver high-quality diagnostic results.

You will collaborate with a dedicated clinical team and receive competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, supported by a national travel network throughout the assignment. Requires ARRT licensure, BLS, and state credentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as Radiologic Technologist.
• Current Radiologic Technologist/Radiography license per state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and address questions.
• Prepare and operate advanced radiologic equipment to capture diagnostic images per physician orders.
• Maintain equipment and sterilize the imaging room.
• Evaluate images for quality and present findings to physicians and care team.
• Inspect imaging equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Document imaging procedures and technical details in patient records.
• Follow hospital radiation safety protocols and infection control rules.
• Perform other duties within the Radiologic Technologist scope.
