Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Washington, DC. You will perform advanced imaging procedures and support physicians with high-quality diagnostic results.

Required qualifications include one year of radiologic technologist experience, an active radiologic technologist license, and current BLS certification. Travel benefits, competitive pay, and comprehensive insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of Radiologic Technologist experience.
• Current Radiologic Technologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred ARRT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions.
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Maintain equipment and sterilize the procedure room.
• Evaluate images for quality and present findings to physicians.
• Inspect imaging equipment and report malfunctions as needed.
• Document imaging procedures and technical details in patient records.
• Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols.
• Perform other duties within Radiologic Technologist practice.
