Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Freehold, NJ. The role involves performing advanced imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality diagnostic results.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of radiologic technologist experience, a valid state license, and BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred, with additional licenses potentially required.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as Radiologic Technologist.
• Current Radiologic Technologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• ARRT Certification is preferred; other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions.
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain equipment and sterilize the imaging room.
• Evaluate images for quality and present preliminary findings to physicians.
• Maintain and inspect imaging equipment and report malfunctions.
• Document imaging procedures and details in patient records.
• Follow hospital safety, infection control, and radiation safety protocols.
• Perform other duties within Radiologic Technologist scope.
