UCHealth in Colorado Springs is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the Ultrasound Tech Maternal Fetal department. This full-time role offers days shifts, 72 hours per pay period, and a $36 per hour wage plus a travel package.

Local traveler options exist within 75 miles and 13-week assignments are available. Responsibilities include reviewing history, initiating radiographic images, administering contrast, monitoring patients, and maintaining image quality per AART standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• One year of experience.
• ARRT registration (R) with required specialty certifications if applicable.
• State licensure if required by law.
• BLS/CPR certification with card in-hand before start date and valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsabilités

• Reviews patient history and initiates radiographic images per physician order and educates the patient.
• Safely administers contrast media or imaging meds while monitoring patient condition.
• Responds to and reports changes in patient condition as appropriate.
• Implements imaging techniques to ensure image clarity and equipment functionality per best practices (AART).
