Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Radiation Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Tucson, AZ, with a daytime schedule (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) on a 4x10s arrangement. The role requires experience with Varian TrueBeam and a minimum of 2 years in radiation therapy, with ASAP start and potential travel experience.

End date is January 23, 2027. The assignment offers a structured, patient-focused environment and collaboration with oncology professionals while supporting safe, effective treatment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Radiation Therapist experience.
• Varian TrueBeam experience required.
• Must be available for the full 13-week assignment.
• ASAP start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately.
• Deliver treatments using Varian TrueBeam technology.
• Verify patient positioning, treatment parameters, and treatment plans.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and follow radiation-safety protocols.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, and other oncology team members.
