Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a travel assignment in Philadelphia, PA. This 13-week contract involves 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts in a hospital setting.

You will deliver radiation treatments, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with the oncology team to support patient care. The ideal candidate holds an ARRT in Radiation Therapy, a relevant degree, and an active PA license if required, plus BLS and 1–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T).
• Active Pennsylvania state license, if required.
• BLS certification current.
• 1–2 years of recent Radiation Therapist experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists.
• Position patients accurately and operate therapy equipment to deliver treatments.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments while keeping records.
• Collaborate with oncologists, physicists, and nurses for quality care.
• Provide patient education, reassurance and support during treatment.
