Responsibilities
Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment (linear accelerators, simulation devices)
Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization techniques
Monitor patients during treatment and report any adverse reactions
Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records
Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and medical physicists
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection standards
Provide compassionate care and education to patients and their families
Required Qualifications
