Pyramid Consulting is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a travel assignment in Canton, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment (linear accelerators, simulation devices)
• Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization techniques
• Monitor patients during treatment and report any adverse reactions
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and medical physicists
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection standards
• Provide compassionate care and education to patients and their families

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiation Therapy Technologist
• Current AHA BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (preferred/commonly required — confirm with facility)
