Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment in McMinnville, Oregon. The role requires 40 hours per week, dayshift, and travel status.

Immediate opening with ARRT(T) and current BLS certification preferred; state licensure may be required. The Radiation Therapist will administer treatments, ensure safety, document procedures, and collaborate with the care team to support cancer patient care.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• ARRT (T) national certification required.
• State licensure may be required.
• 1 year of experience as Radiation Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed doses of radiation to specific body parts using radiation therapy equipment.
• Position patients accurately and comfortably for each treatment session.
• Verify treatment settings and patient identity before delivering therapy.
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Use imaging technology (CT, X-ray) to guide accurate treatment delivery.
• Document treatment details and maintain patient records accurately.
• Communicate with physicians, dosimetrists, and team members.
