Job summary
American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology in Washington, DC for a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, dayshift. Requires active DC RN license, BLS, 2+ years oncology nursing, and prior travel experience. Cerner EMR preferred; travel and licensure reimbursements are included.

Qualifications
- Active DC RN license required at time of consideration.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience.
- At least one prior travel assignment preferred.
- Experience with care of central and implanted lines, tracheostomy management, oncologic emergencies.
- Cerner EMR experience preferred.
- Two supervisor references from the past two years.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Medical Surgical Oncology unit within a hospital setting.
- Rotating day shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Care for adults with cancer diagnoses across multiple sites.
- Manage ports/central lines, oncologic emergencies, and radiation safety.
- Document in Cerner EMR and perform related office duties.
