Job summary

BT Retail Solutions, a division of Channel Partners, is hiring for racking installation teams. You will install, move, and replace steel racks, assemble shelving systems, and assist with related projects. Travel within the local state and surrounding states is required, with days, nights, and weekends as scheduled.

Must have reliable transportation, read diagrams, and be mechanically inclined. Safety policies must be followed; experience with hand tools, cordless power tools, and operating order

Qualifications

• Ability to read diagrams (e.g., blueprints).
• Mechanical aptitude and safety‑minded for racking installation.
• Proficient with hand tools and cordless power tools.
• Willingness to travel and work varied shifts (days/nights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Install, move, and replace steel racking/cantilevers.
• Assemble storage shelving and related systems.
• Replace damaged racking components and relocate products.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
