Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Santa Cruz, California. The role runs for 13 weeks, with a 40-hour workweek, days shift, starting 10/12/2026 and ending around 01/09/2027.

An active state PT license and SNF experience are required, with Net Health documentation experience preferred. The position includes housing options, comprehensive benefits, and travel reimbursement.
