Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a SNF assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma. This role provides hands-on physical therapy to residents, focusing on mobility, gait training, and functional independence.

The contract runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, typically day shifts. New grads are welcome, and active PTA license is preferred. Housing and travel stipends, first-day benefits, license reimbursement, and a $1,200 CEU allowance are included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.
