Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Mansfield, Texas. The contract spans 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, day shifts in a SNF/LTC setting.

You will deliver skilled PT services under the supervision of a PT, implement and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals in a fast-paced travel role. Requirements include an Associate degree, active or in-progress PTA licensure, and current CPR

Qualifications

  • Must have an Associate degree from an accredited school.
  • Current state license as PTA or in progress for licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders under PT supervision.
  • Implement and modify the patient’s PT plan of treatment under PT supervision.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
