Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in South Haven, Michigan. The role offers a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, days shift, starting ASAP.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree and a current PTA license or are in the licensure process. The PTA will provide skilled therapy services under supervision, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a SNF/LTC setting.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in the process of licensure.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify the patient''s physical therapy plan of treatment under supervision.
• Collaborates effectively within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Responsabilités

• Provide continuous skilled PT services per physician orders under PT supervision.
• Adhere to department policies and maintain documentation for patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to coordinate patient goals.
